Purpose Of The Agreement

Client wishes to hire Photographers to provide services relating to their business as detailed in this Agreement. Photographers agreed to provide such services according to the terms of this Agreement.

PAYMENT

1. Total Cost, listed under the Estimate table. With Photographer’s Services, any setup time, travel time and out-of-pocket costs, software licenses, administrative fees, assistance and subcontractor costs.

2. Payment in full is due 48 hours before the Client receives their final photos. If the Photographer does not receive payment from the Client within the payment date, the Client will be charged a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount per day that the Photographer does not receive payment, and photos will be withheld until payment is received.

3. Any other order must be paid for in full amount of money

COPYRIGHTS

All of the Photographer's materials in Original/RAW Format and finished JPEG photos will stay the property of the Photographer. The Photographer will own all of the copyrighted images. To use them at workshops, self-promotions and social media. Used outside of the bounds of the Client agreement will be required by the Client consent.

ARCHIVING

The Photographer will keep the file of the Client's photos for a minimum of 6 months and All the Client's photos will be deleted after the six months.

OVER-RUNS

In any case, if more time is needed than the expected amount listed in estimates for both shooting and edit time, the Client doesn't need to pay for the extra time. 

LIABILITY AND REFUND

1. Photos that are taken during the shoot will be at the discretion of the Photographer although every aspect will be made to comply with the Client's requirements.

2. Special requests are not binding instructions, although every effort is made to comply with the Client's wishes. The Photographer will do their best to honour the requested photos but do not guarantee any specific picture.

3. If any very unlikely event has occurred by the Photographer or a total of the photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. 

4. The Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages is entitled to in any claim of or relating to this Agreement or Services provided to not exceed the total cost as outlined in this Agreement.
